This policy explains what DBR Sound LLC (Dark Blue Rooms) collects and why.

What we collect

• Purchase details. Paddle collects your payment and billing information as merchant of record. We receive your name, email address, country, order details, and order number so we can deliver your license and support you. We never receive your full card number.
• License records. Your license key, and the computer identifiers used to activate it when a product asks for activation.
• Support emails. Anything you send us.
• Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard request logs such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. This site does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver and support your purchase, to prevent license abuse, to meet tax and legal duties, and to answer you.

Who sees it

Paddle (payments and taxes), Cloudflare (hosting and file delivery), and our email delivery provider (sending your license email). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase and license records as long as needed to support your license and meet tax and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data by emailing support@dbrsounds.com. Deleting license records may stop us from verifying your license later, and we may keep records we are legally required to hold.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13.
